It is on the way to Dalaman - you have Çiftlik, Kargı and then Yaniklar.

It's in the other side of the dual carriageway that runs from Fethiye to Dalaman. Margie is correct.

I read on here that Koca Calis is prone to flooding and thats is why the properties are cheaper than in Calis.

I'm not sure who wrote that. There is much more building land available in Koca Calis, which makes the land cheaper and therefore overall building cost. That is why it is cheaper.

While the availability of building land is certainly the reason why properties are cheaper, that's not to say  that there is no flooding there. If you take a drive around the area during the Winter months you will see plenty of evidence of flooding!

not quite right Stoop, although the main part of Ciftlik is on the other side of the carriageway, some of the properties on your side come under Ciftlik

Cheaper effes as well,and cheaper food,are we worried about wearing wellingtons in the winter no problem,infact the flooding situation over the years has much improved unlike parts of the uk ie dorset ha ha.
