I bought from the Turkcell shop by the otogar.
They have loads of them and you will need your passport.
I asked them to put the sim in and get it working. Even connected my mobile to it in the shop.

hi karen, its your upstairs neighbour lol, the vin mifi is a godsend, quick and convenient and worth every penny, but just a quick question for the forum, we rent our apartment out and have left our holiday with a lot of credit left on the data card, is it possible to allow our guests to use the unit and for them to purchase their own data card to get access to the internet or is just one card allowed at a time which is locked to the unit, also is there anywhere in calis you can top up your cards allowance or can it only be done at the turkcell shop in fethiye or, i assume by phone ?

If you give your guests the mobile number associated with the unit they can show it at a turkcell shop and top it up that way.

I think you can use the mwifi in the UK with "3" network.
