When my husband, son and daughter in law went to the Oykun they were all in the same room for the Turkish Baths.  There was no separate place for woman and men.  This was 3 years ago, so it may have changed since then.
As I did not want a Turkish Bath.  I opted for a facial.   I was told to lie down outside the Turkish bath room on a beach lounger with lots of other loungers.  The towel I lay on was wet.  A man cleansed my face, then put some cream on it and told me he would be back.  After about 20 minutes he came back and then took me to the ladies toilet and washed my face in the bowl.  We all decided we would not go back

We went to the big one somewhere opposite Fethiye main ottogar. It was about 12 years ago and one of our male friends went along with Martin and me and we were surprised that we were all all done together too. I was a tiny bit embarrassed to be honest, it is quite an intimate experience.  :-[

After looking at the last photo/post can understand now why people have reservations about going to the Turkish baths. Dodgy looking character  ;)  :)

Very, very spooky lotty.

When we went on our second visit to Calis, I got undressed at the Turkish Bath but forgot that I still had my sun glasses on my head.

When I realised I asked that very gentleman if he would keep them for me.

And he did - I never saw them again    :).

PS Entirely my fault. :(

I remember that day like it was yesterday.

The guy in the photo was "attacked" by the massage guy who found a muscle in his inner thigh which made him laugh uncontrollably.

I told him to behave himself until it was my turn and I "suffered" exactly the same fate.

Hilarious it was.  :)
