I have been a bad sufferer for years now. I still get it in Turkey but nowhere near as bad as at home. If it does start getting out of control I normally go and sit on Calis front and the sea breeze takes it away
In regards to medication, I am on a combination of Tablets (Clarityn type but on prescription), Becanase Spray and, in the last week, I am trialling a light therapy device that Lloyds chemist sell. Basically you shove it up your nose for a few times a day (couple of mins each time) and its supposed to relieve the symptoms. Not sure if it is doing anything but it is certainly not making it worse. You do look like rudolph for a few minutes a day though.
I have had injections in the past (rubbish) and have took part in some trials (useless) - Pretty much try anything really
