Hi

just had my weigh in and put on 0.5 lb which is a surprising relief as I expected it to be more under the circumstances.  So I'm quite pleased and am now back on the diet.
My brother was flown to London by air ambulance and is now in the top neurological hospital in the country so he's in the best place.  He's still in a coma so its just a question of still waiting and praying.

thanks NB - still no change about my brother. He's still in a coma and we are waiting to see if he wakes up from it.  Its a terrible time at the moment.  Having said that I am trying my best to keep on track with the diet. Hopefully I will have lost next week as I only have 2 lbs to go to losing 1 stone.

That's great news Puma - you've done so well.  Keep it up.

Janet

This is a really difficult time for me at the moment as my brother has died.  Can't quite get my head round it. He was only 66, fit and healthy and then had a massive stroke - makes no sense.
Still went to weigh in this morning and only put on 0.5 lb

Janet

So sorry to hear your sad news Janet.  Our thoughts and condolences are with you and your family at this sad time.  Definitely not a time to be worrying about your weight.  Keep your plans for losing more weight as a positive thought for a few weeks time.  Thinking of you, Julie & Garry x
