1lb off for me this week ladies  :) am happy but wanted 2lbs off to get my 1 stone sticker! ah hopefully next week! xx

Weigh in night for me! Stayed the same, very good taking into consideration the 2 nights out and creamy mushroom sauce I had at Bella Italia-oh and the heavenly delicious Thorntons viennese truffles!!  :) (Oh an the steak pie and buttery mash last night and a finger of kit kat!):D

I lost 5 kilos on Monday. I went and paid my council tax and road tax :( 8)

Yes I am Jenny. Half way through the hol tomorrow (Friday) but only home for 5 weeks before I'm back:D

whoooooooo 2 wks of eating and drinking ,but i swam everyday except the 4 it rained,soooooo i hope i have not put too much on :)

I did Slimming World and did really well then moved out here to Turkey and whey hey i am now overweight again. I want to try Slimming World again but i lack motivation even though all the factors are there staring at me urging me to do something, anyone got any suggestions?

Same here i gave up somking 14 months ago and have put on as much in pounds, desperatly need to loose the weight!
