JulieK if you go onto SW website they give quite alot of information for free, so that will help get you started, they explain the Extra Easy was of dieting, (so instead of Red or Green days, you can have both) but you limit you Healthy Extra A & B's to just 1 each and not 2, this way you can have your meats, spuds, pasta combined.
