Well done girls, you're all doing brilliantly!

I've managed to lose another 6.5 lbs since returning from Calis at the end of August, so that was the 3 lbs I put on and a bit more as well. So I'm well pleased with that. I've lost almost two stone altogether and only another half a stone to goal. I feel so much better and have more confidence. My self esteem was at an all time low earlier this year, and I knew I had to do something AND FAST!!!

Like you Billeigh-Jo, I have absolutely no willpower at all. I followed the WW diet about 9 years ago and got to goal. I carried on going to class every week for about a year and maintained my weight (they even offered me a job with my own class!). I then changed jobs and wasn't able to make that particular class, where I had many friends, so I stopped going. The weight piled back on over the next few years. I kept starting the diet (WW) many times since, but felt I knew it too well, and just couldn't stick to it as I was bored with it.

I discovered Slimming World in March and it has been amazing. There is just so much you can eat that is filling, and it really does fit in around the family - they all eat the same as me (but follow it with a pudding, which I avoid!!!

) It's such a friendly class - I just love going. We have party nights where we all take a dish of sin-free food (lovely!!!!) and we all go home completely stuffed!!!!

If you're looking for a diet where you can really fill up, and no counting points, try it. It's so easy. I don't use any of my sins each day if I can help it (maybe a glass or two of wine!

); I save them all for the weekend, so I can have a nice meal and drinks without worrying. The only time I have had a gain was after 9 weeks off in the summer, and that was only 3 lbs. It's definitely the best "diet" I have ever tried, and I've probably tried them all, lol !!

Good luck this week - keep up the good work! We'll all be in our "little black dresses" by Christmas!
