Me too NB!  I gained 1.5lb.  All damage done over the weekend. Let's be determined this week - I need to plan my meals again, I think I've been too lazy in planning and then grabbing the easy option too.  Good luck for this week everyone xx

Finding it really hard going at the moment, last week couldn't weigh in as scales weren't working-this week same as 2 weeks previously and then had put 1lb on from week before that.Oh eck (sorry Northern speak).Hopefully weather will improve to start walking again-need something positive. Hope everyone else doing better.xx

I have lost 19lbs between Christmas & now - but can't quite get to the magic 20lb mark and have been hovering fr a couple of weeks.
Am now craving food....... The Wi Fit is helping along with Dance 2 but have not been motivated this week.
Need a kick up the backside - Aim not to look like a beached whale when I am next in Turkey - April 22nd.
5 weeks to go can I lose another 11lbs?????? Ok I will be happy with another 6lbs.

Hi all, sorry for not being around for a few days, been handing in my notice as I got a new job, so been hectic at work tying things up, although they still wont tell me when I can leave, my notice period is 2 months, but ive asked to be released early so we shall see. sooo back to weigh ins, Lmaddy well done that is FAB your doing really well, and yes you can loose that weight before turkey! I have 14 lbs I want to loose before my turkey hols in June, and im determined to blooming well do it! BB, slikmrs and Christine, we WILL get there, and we WILL do it, but sometimes our bodies are just telling us to have a break, ive been 100% on plan this week and feel great from it BUT its that time of the month for me, and I can even feel that im heavy so I know weigh in today will be a gain, if not STS, but at least I know ive been trying, and so next week as long as i stick 100% to it I willhave a big loss next week, so fingers crossed for us all! come on all summer is only around the corner, WE CAN DO IT  :) xxxxxxx

oh for those of us on SW heres a little recipe for something sweet if your tempted by cakes, cous cous cake! make up normal cous cous as you would, then mix in whatever flavour muller light yorghurt you like (ive used strawberry) add one egg white, and sweetner, as much or as little as you want. Then bake in an over around gas mark 6 until set! Ive got it with me at work, it looks weird but actually tastes OK and its 'free' and better than eating a biccy! xx
