BB well done on your loss thats great! How did everyone else get on? I put 1.5lbs but I was extremly happy with that considering I was in turkey last week and stuffed my face and its time of the month this week, I came back at the weekend and pulled it back and can honestly say I have been 100% on plan and it feels good! Looking forward to weigh in next week if I carry on like this, im fed up of going up and down, so from now on down with the weight all the way!
Turkey was nice, was a different holiday as had my other halves parents with us, so not as fun as usual but the weather was gorgeous, except for that mad storm one night which kept me up and I was frightened stiff! How are you all? xxxx

Out of my corner ...I stayed the same.

reckon I got off light so must get focussed before the weight finds its way back.

Went to Ovacik from 30th for 10 fantastic days.  Good weather, ate lots of good food but did lots of swimming and walking too - haven't gone to be weighed in since I got back. Considering whether or not to carry on with it - I'm quite close to target and just need to do a bit more exercise and eat sensibly - oh doesn't it sound so simple when it's written down!!
Best wishes everyone
Bridge xx

Hi all, just got back from England, dad was taken in to hospital, kidney problems 1 kidney has failed, mum had a stroke 3years ago ,and dad is her main carer.although we have carers come in also.i found it very hard i could not split my self in two,i wanted to be in hospital with dad,but had to be there for mum.when he came home i found it a lot easier carrying for both ,i lived there.
i affraid my diet went out the window....now i am back here but cant stop crying.....
my dream was to retire here in turkey, after working for 45years full time,i could not have any children,
but they are my parents,im am finding it so hard as i do have husband ....
diet club is here tomorrow, maybe i should go to try and get focused

Dear Julia, I'm so very sorry to hear what a dreadful time you have been through.  Maybe the diet club will be a distraction, and being around others will help, but I don't think you should put pressure on yourself in trying to lose weight as you are going through a distressing time.  Take care of yourself and don't push yourself too hard.
Love
