HI All, GB well done thats great, you can do it! Lots of swimming on hols that will help! Well all I am ashamed to say I text my SW consultant last night to say I wont be back to club until my kitchen and house is finished, we have had huge rennovations for the past 6 months and thats the time ive put my weight on. Last week at club I put on 3lb, so Im throwing in the towel with the actual club, im still going to watch what I eat, but im going to calorie count for a bit, just to see me through, im livnig off microwave meals, so im stocking up on the healthy ones, adding salad to it, and having fruit and then brekkie in having granary toast or weetabix at work, and a microwave meal at lunch i just need strict calorie counting at the moment. Its been breaking my heart how bad ive been lately but nothing has helped me so i just decided until the house is done, I wont do SW (becaause I cant as I only have a microwave) and then when the new kitchen is in, HUGE HUGE shop for all the SW stuff and start again and im just hopinh between now and then I wont have put on too much! Im still going to come on here, even if I dont weigh in! to keep an eye on you lot ;-) xxxx

Hiya Ladies, happy to report 1.5lb off this week. I get where you are coming from NB, sometimes there is just too much going on to stay on plan. I have done the same in the past, and better you come back with a clear head so you can give it your all. Glad you are still coming on here tho ;-)

Have a great week everyone, hope the scales are kind to us. B xxxx

I have not taken much notice of this thread, but now wish I had at the start, what a great idea to give all dieters a boost.

After moving back to the UK over 3 years ago,  all the goodies that I couldn't get hold of so easily for 6 years  I put on loads of weight,! and now I am paying the price.

I started the gym beginning of April, then we came to Turkey for 4 weeks although I never put on weight it stalled, we were busy working on the villa which helped.  When we returned I started to get ready for the Gym and sorting out an eating plan when were called to Scotland on a family emergency for 2 weeks.

I eventually started up the WII fit board  it had been 111days since I had started (prior to Turkey)  I had LOST 1St.8LB or 22LB.   I have a long long way to go but this has given me an real incentive plus reading the post of your successes.
