You truly are Angels and I have the utmost admiration for you and what you have given up in order to free these beautiful creatures.

I, along with everyone else, have done the best I can to make people aware of their plight and here's hoping that the wait isn't for much longer as I really do fear for their lives at this point as I assume we all do.

Good luck in all your endeavours, we're all with you!!

DA's Can I ask what our solicitor is doing? Does she need more money to take out injunctions in the court etc??

Everything that seems to be happening is against common justice and natural law of any civilised country

Here here Dolphin angels.  We can understand the total commitment involved.
I found it interesting that the banner actually states Swim with dolphins.  So much for just being a show, pool and kiosk.  hhmmm!!  The council are supposedly aware of the report that the water is unfit for humans yet have probably charged them for putting up the sign!

is it not better to negotiate a speedyier result than to go downn the long road of legal action...legal action closes the door to negotiation...legal action can take months, in witch time the negotiation door is closed, ...the Da know what they are doing...please let them continue on the "path" THEY think is the right path..if its the wrong path...time will be the bairer...Misha and Tom will be in the "hellhole" for ever....DA will not let this happen im sure....give them some time...action WILL happen..im sure.!!

You could be right, Brian but I just think that by sticking to the rules and being the nice guys we are playing into the Russian's hand - everything he has wanted to happen HAS happened. Maybe the time has come to take the gloves off and play by his rules

We are concentrating on getting the dolphins out of there by the quickest route possible, if that means a negotiation is quicker than a court case that is the route to go, shutting the dolphin centre is only half the job, the Dolphin Angels are working their socks off behind the scenes and have to hand a lot more information than anyone on here.

Please be patient and bear with us.

dont want to disagree with you captain...he hasnt had his own way...he has had to reduice his prises..from £55 to £35...he is DESPERATE...hes on his way out....the aim, or it should be, is to get Tom and Misha into rehab...to be allowed to be free..to roam the seas...by confrontation, taking legal action, only prolongs Tom and Mishas captivity...i understand what you and many more people are saying...but please....its not the closing of the dolpphin park that is at stake...its the rehab and the eventual release of Tom and Misha into the wild blue yondar that is at stake here....please...give the DA and there negotiation tem ...a little bit longer....THEY WILL WIN this cause..believe me.!!!:P

The site is so slow Tinks has beat me to your comment captain...but my thoughts are still vallied...i hope!!!

Absolutely NO critisism of the DA's intended - they are totally dedicated and doing a great job

Just wondering if we all chipped in a bit of cash we could then have the best barristers in Turkey working for us. 17,000+ people x £5each would get the best?

In my experience you cannot negotiate with Russians!!!!

Anyway, will heed your advice and put my "Patience hat" on
