I have never once said I wouldnt sign a petition, I have never said I didnt want her found and anyones views on this , including Stoops, are not irrelevant.You may be able to change your views mid discussion but I cant.
My views on her parents are my opinion and are based on facts, which are, they left their daughter to be abducted when as parents, they should have protected her. They didnt.

What I did say, or meant to say, is that if signing would help find Madeleine then it should at least be considered.

H on the money for me, being a parent of many children, there are time when I/ we want space on our own, but having children is a priviledge and come with responibilities and duty. We wouldn't ever leave our children to go on the pi**. although the 30,25,23 and 22 year old might be ok now (although I have my doubts). however the 5 and 1 year old never.

No what I meant was that for the purpose of getting Madeline back that it's irrelevant what any of us think about the parents - that doesn't mean I dont respect your views. The safety of her is number one priority and no matter what we think of the parents it will not help to get her back. Signing the petition to put pressure on the authorities to do a full review of the evicence might.

For the record I also think it was totally wrong what they did but as a parent who has lost a young child (in totally different circumstances) I can understand some of what they must be feeling.

That's also my last word on this as I don't want to keep going over old ground either.
