We went to the Kargi restaurant for the first time today, although it was really nice to go for breakfast to a different place, we found the meal OK, but nothing special. Love Kirk Pinar, lovely breakfast & stunning views on the way.

Abby we had a lovely breakfast thanks; how could we not with such lovely company and a delightful setting.

Both breakfasts are quite different as are the settings. Having been to both Kargi and now Kirk Pinar here are photographs and descriptions of both breakfasts so you can decide which is more you  ;)

Kirk Pinar 12.5TL pp

Kirk Pinar breakfast, 2 x plate of village eggs, chips, borek, tomato, cucumber, olives, honey, apple jam, walnuts and raisons, village cheeses and butter & fresh bread plus a portion of the tandir lamb (which we asked for) and Turkish tea

ask for more of anything you want

Tandir lamb cooked in the oven

Kargi breakfast 15TL pp

Kargi breakfast, 2 x pan of village eggs topped with fresh herbs, tomato, cucumber, salad, olives, village cheeses, yoghurt and butter, peppers & yoghurt, fried potatoes, tahin, honey, 2 x seasonal jams, fresh steamed vegetables, fresh seasonal fruit - honey melon, tasty red paste thing I don't know the name of, unlimited seasonal mixed fresh fruit juices, fresh bread and Turkish tea

ask for more of anything you want

Enjoy; we did  :)
