Me too Jacqui. Lovely recipes.
And in that answer the case for the prosecution is proven!

UBT - I don't read Turkey's For Life for advice - it's light and pleasurable reading. That's all.

Yes I think it is what it says it is - a blog that allows you to follow the adventures and daily lives of a couple of Brits living in Turkey. I like it for that - it doesn't promise things and fail to deliver them, it's not an advice website, it's two people (I think) blogging what's happening with them and what they enjoy.

Agreed a really useful blog run by two charming people, who love Turkey. That gives you, not just recipes, but loads of useful information on Turkey, the culture, places to see etc. All based on their own personal experiences over several years living here. What's not to like?

Even with the rich diversity of CBF, I'm pretty sure I've never seen that particular style of "reply with quote" Jim :D

I personally love TFL, we found them years ago, and have always enjoyed their blogs, it all goes to help us to find out more about the place we love, and to keep up to date with what is going on when we are not there. I love the foodie stuff and the photos, it always brightens a dull day at work for me.

Totally agree Angela, I really enjoy reading the posts when they pop into my in-box. They give me little vivid snapshots of the place that I love and inspire me to try different places and food, whether to attempt to cook things myself, or just to try new things when I'm out there. It's always a positive read with excellent photographs and I feel that their enthusiasm for Fethiye and Turkey shines through with each well written piece.
