We have two further reports now, one least week near the old houses in front of the Pelin and another behind the Pelin in someone's garden last night, being reported today!

I reported on here a couple of weeks ago Tinks how around the Pelin area was crap, I meant to say its not worth a W**k.

Yes that is the same place Pelin area derelict houses where he was doing it when my cousin and her friend saw him...the care was parked up and he was stood by the car and they saw what he was doing...
Also he was stood up at the top of one of those houses doing the same thing in broad daylight when my cousins friend walked by on her own...
He seems to be very brazen indeed hope he gets caught real soon...

Desmartinson ,  I personally find your inappropriate comments uncalled for . My wife had the unfortunate encounter of this Guys Antics  not so long ago and it also happened to my Friends Wife just a couple of months ago.  So whether it's the Pelin Area or anywhere else this Guy just now needs to be identified before he actually hurts someone .  This is a serious matter let's keep it that way , thanks .

However they only seem to be any good at sitting under a shady tree and catching speeders. My concern is for young girls having this happen to them. Needs to be stopped ASAP
